At Janyia’s Cupcakes, we take pride in creating fresh, handmade treats for every order. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and food safety.

Terms of Return

Due to the perishable nature of cupcakes and baked goods, all sales are final once an order has been prepared or delivered.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resales of our food products for health and safety reasons.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

We may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement if:

• You received the wrong order or missing items
   
• The product arrived damaged or spoiled due to our handling. After it has left our handling we cannot offer a refund
   
• There was a significant quality issue with your order
   

Refunds are not available for:

• Personal taste preferences
   
• Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong pickup time, wrong address)
   
• Orders canceled after preparation has begun

• Product that the company provided such as, extra items ( toppers, candles, flowers + More ) Only 20% with be refunded for that portion of your order.
   

 How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery by emailing janyiascupcakes@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order details ( phone number, detail of order that was placed )
   
• Photos of the product (if applicable)
   
• A brief description of the issue
   

We will review your request promptly and respond within 2–3 business days.

 Refund Process

If your request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
   
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
   
• In some cases, we may issue store credit or offer a replacement order instead of a refund
