 We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Because our cupcakes and baked goods are perishable and made-to-order, all sales are final once prepared or delivered.
However, we want every customer to be happy! You may contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

• The order was incorrect or missing items with proof. 
• The product arrived damaged or spoiled with proof.
• There was a clear quality issue on our part with proof.
   

We do not issue refunds for:

• Personal taste preferences
• Incorrect pickup/delivery details provided by the customer
• Cancellations made after preparation has started and have been notified the customer
   

 How to Request a Refund

Include your order details ( name, number, details of your actual order ) , photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• In some cases, we may issue store credit or offer a replacement product instead.
   

 Allergies and Dietary Information

Our cupcakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies before ordering.
